Long Tall Sally is the world’s leading fashion brand for tall women.  Founded in 1976, Amery Capital acquired LTS from administration in 2005.

Long Tall Sally operates internationally from its catalogue and web operations and has 20 stand alone stores across across the UK, as well as the recently opened store in the Mall of America (May 2010) - its first store in the USA.   Long Tall Sally is chaired by principal investors Maurice and Michael Bennett and run by Andrew Shapin.  Maurice Helfgott is a non-executive director.

In October 2009, to develop the brand in North America, Long Tall Sally acquired Canadian retailer, Tall Girl. Already shipping to 73 international territories, the acquisition underlines the buoyancy and growth of the specialist retailer, and provides the opportunity to extend the company's mission of being the "first choice in fashion for tall women worldwide".

11th to 16th April, was a whole week dedicated to embracing Tall! If women don't have it they're faking it - 4/5 inch heels are now considered the norm in most women's wardrobe!
