Brightpearl, fast growing, retail-tailored SaaS Digital Operations Platform based in Bristol, UK and Austin, TX. Built for omni channel merchants and backed by European VC investors. Until January 2022 served as Chairman before successful exit to Sage Intacct.

MyOptique Group
Revolutionised the European optical industry as an online leader across all eyewear categories operating online brands, including Glasses Direct, SunglassesShop and LensOn.
Maurice was Chairman of the Group between 2013 and 2016 - along with investors Acton Capital Partners, Beringea, Cipio Partners, Index Ventures, Korys and Highland Capital Europe - a period of rapid organic growth and acquisition, including Netzoptiker and 4Care, culminating in a successful exit to Essilor Group in 2016.
Long Tall Sally
Amery Capital acquired Long Tall Sally in 2005 through a CVA when sales were c £10m, principally in stores in the UK, and successfully exited in 2016 to Equistone-backed TriStyle having transformed the business through organic growth and acquisitions to a c £50m, two-thirds online, two-thirds international operation.
Retail Profile
Amery Capital backed the entrepreneurial founders of Retail Profile and successfully exited to AIM-listed SpaceandPeople between 2010 - 2013.
